The critical elbow joint is made using the 360-degree Right Connection™ superior welding process. This weld joint has been rigorously tested and has been found to be the strongest available. The installed spring pins prevent unintentional disassembly of the stand yet provide for set up or storage in minutes with no tools.

The stand is coated with the Cape Shield™ finishing process, offered only by Hatteras Hammocks. Cape Shield is a special process of cleaning, preparing and powder coating the stand to make it weather resistant and offer many years of enjoyment.
